After much of the UK was issued with an amber weather warning for snow, some places across Coventry & Warwickshire experienced flood waters after the snow had thawed. Kenilworth Ford has been flooded along with roads around Princethorpe, some areas of Coventry, Atherstone and North Warwickshire. The village of Wolston, which was badly flooded last year, has flooded again. Residents called 大象传媒 CWR's Phil Upton to keep him updated about the situation where they were.

An Environment Agency spokesperson said:

Background
鈥� A combination of melting snow and rain has led to some localised river flooding across the Midlands. Environment Agency teams continue to be out on the ground, operating flood defences, taking action to reduce the impact of flooding, issuing flood warnings and supporting those communities affected.
鈥� Environment Agency officers visited Wolston today. The recent flooding in Wolston came from multiple sources including sewers and the brook. The Environment Agency will work with local councils to understand what happened.
鈥� The Environment Agency has been working with the local Flood Action Group on a Property Flood Resilience Scheme in the Wolston area."
