New play celebrates Liverpool icon The Peaceful Hour
For decades, between the hours of 10pm and 2am, scousers huddled round their radios to have their problems solved and to send love letters to people they fancied, to a soundtrack of a ballad-It was called The Peaceful Hour on Radio City.
Well, in February we are being reintroduced to The Peaceful Hour in the form of a play at the Liverpool Royal Court
