A 'meticulously planned' attack says CPS
The Crown Prosecution Service's Ursula Doyle said Rudakubana had a "sickening and sustained interest in death and violence.".
She said the attacks in Southport were a "meticulously planned rampage" and commented on how the prosecution was determined to prove Rudakubana's guilt.
