What are the signs of carbon monoxide poisoning?
It's known as 'the silent killer' and is responsible for thousands of hospital admissions a year, but just a quarter of people recognise the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning. It's something that's particularly important during the winter months, with appliances like stoves, fireplaces, water heaters and furnaces all producing CO flames. Dr Ranj explains how you can spot the signs of carbon monoxide poisoning, including why it might start with you thinking you have a common cold.
