‘It costs £8,000 a day to keep the Cathedral open’
The team from Worcester's 900-year-old building say they rely on visitors' generosity to keep the place of worship open.
Canon John Paul Hoskins tells Sophie Millward how Worcester Cathedral welcomed over 255,000 visitors in 2024, a record-breaking statistic, ten per cent up on 2023 and also seeing an increase in donations.
