In 2005, Cristeta Comerford became the first woman and first person of colour to become head chef of the White House. Since the 90s, she's cooked for five US presidents and she reveals some of their favourite foods.

She was born in the Philippines but when she moved to US, she worked in different restaurants and hotels. When Nelson Mandela visited the country in 1994, Cristeta got her chance to work in the White House kitchen.

She went on to serve guests like Queen Elizabeth II, Chinese President Xi Jinping and many other heads of state.
