What can help ease arthritis pain?
More than 10 million people in the UK are living with some form of arthritis- and around 70% of those are over 55. One of the joints that's most commonly affected is the thumb. Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Tom Naylor is here to help. He runs through the simple exercises you can do to alleviate pain, and the gadgets designed to help those who struggle to grip small objects like keys, pens and cooking utensils.
