What do the Olympics, the Commonwealth Games and a Harry Potter theatre production have in common?! All three have had special effects created for them by a Devon-based business. 'Luminous' in Exeter - is the brainchild of Mike Badley and Edwin Samkin. They've just been recognised with a King鈥檚 Award for Enterprise for International Trade and Mike told John Acres all about them.
