James Coates: 'Who do we turn to when we need help?'
The son of Ian Coates, who died in the Nottingham attacks, speaks at press conference.
He says that learning about the missed opportunities in treating Valdo Calocane has been hard for all the families...
A review into the NHS care and treatment of Calocane, before he killed three people in Nottingham, has identified numerous failings.
Calocane, who has paranoid schizophrenia, stabbed 65-year-old Mr Coates, and university students Grace O鈥橫alley Kumar and Barnaby Webber to death in June 2023.
NHS England has apologised unreservedly to the families of the victims and says that what happened was "not acceptable".
