'I got parking fines for a car I no longer own'
John Morgan from Washingborough in Lincolnshire is being chased for hundreds of pounds in unpaid parking charges for a car he no longer owns, from a place where he has never been.
John part-exchanged his Audi in December 2022, but six months later he received two parking fines from a pub car park in Wigan.
Since then the fines have escalated as John has tried to appeal them.
