Here in Liverpool, we are lucky enough to have incredible people making a difference to the community every day.

And that's exactly what Birkenhead teenager Dylan Williams is setting out to do.

After feeling like he had to do something after seeing homelessness when walking through the city centre, he has founded Step to Shelter Merseyside which is due to be set up as a charity next month.
