Ledbury 'salivating' over town's Michelin star

33 The Homend has been awarded one of the most prestigious prizes in hospitality. The small restaurant is set inside a Grade-II listed 18th Century townhouse, in the heart of the Herefordshire town.

The cosy eatery is run by a husband-and-wife team, with James in the kitchen and Elizabeth welcoming customers.

Tom Edwards reports, from a very newly peckish town.
