The Herefordshire couple who took on the Atlantic
Nicky and Bob Parr have rowed the 3,000 mile journey across the open ocean, taking it in turns to row two hours on, two hours off, for weeks. And they're in their 60s!
The married couple undertook the challenge, raising money for the armed forces charity, Pilgrim Bandits, in the UK and New Zealand.
Hear some of their amazing adventure from the boat, named after Nicky's late father, and just what makes the pair tick, as part of The World's Toughest Row, formerly known as the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.
Bob's sister Kate Parker tells Sophie Millward how their epic journey began with him shouting to his wife, whilst she was drawing, 'hey babe, what do you think about rowing the Atlantic?'
