Hereford couple break Atlantic rowing record
Nicky and Bob made history, finally setting feet on dry land after their 3,000 mile epic journey from the Canary Islands to Antigua, as part of the World's Toughest Row challenge.
65 gruelling days at sea later, they are now the oldest mixed pair to row across any ocean, with the married couple aged 67 (Bob) and 62 years old (Nicky) respectively at the start of their journey.
Their boat was named the Donald Hailey, after Nicky's late father, a regular at Hereford Rowing Club.
Bob and Nicky tell Sophie Millward about how their bodies are still recovering, with Nicky needing to eat little and often to regain some of the weight she lost during the trip.
They have raised tens of thousands of pounds for the charity Pilgrim Bandits, for whom Bob is patron of, dedicated to empowering veterans after years of service.
