Leicester's young put on first ever 'Leicestival'
The first 'Leicestival' festival led by young people for young people takes to Leicester's streets this weekend.
The festival aims to raise the awareness of Leicester鈥檚 rich festival heritage, where local music, dance and performing arts groups will showcase the artistic talent of Leicester鈥檚 youth.
Various events are taking place to give young people a voice as well as a space to be celebrated and find new opportunities.
The festival has been developed by the Focus youth charity based in the city, and Matt Lilley from Focus along with organisers Tye and Ruby spoke to 大象传媒 Leicester's Summaya Mughal.
