This might not sound important, but signing up your devices can ensure you hear about product recalls or faults first, and even get some repairs sorted for free. Consumer champ Matt Allwright explains the simple steps to take in order to get your white goods covered and why signing up is typically more valuable than paying extra for a warranty.
