"Men can go through eating disorders too"
At 13-years-old Ben Ridden from Wingate weighed five-and-a-half stone.
As part of Ben's recovery from anorexia he started going to the gym to help him gain weight, and it was there that he realised he wanted to become a personal trainer.
Now he's turned the illness, which almost took his life, into his passion and purpose as he helps clients improve their relationship with food and exercise.
He shared his story with Anna Snowdon.
