Could the prospect of tougher regulation challenge Uber's ride-hailing business model?
The European Court of Justice has ruled that ride-hailing service Uber should be treated as a taxi business. The firm had argued that it was 'information society service' allowing people to make contact with each other electronically. So will the prospect of tougher regulation as a transport provider prove a challenge to the business? We speak to British employment lawyer, Anna McCaffrey. With US Congress expected to give its final seal of approval to a package of Republican tax reforms, we examine the impact that could be felt on the rest of the world. Music giant Universal has struck a licensing deal with YouTube - music journalist Eamonn Forde says it doesn't necessarily mean more money for artists though. And we hear some lessons about work-life balance from Sweden, where a third of people make time each week to spend in the forest or countryside.
