Negotiations Continue to Avoid US Government Shutdown

Last-ditch efforts are being made in Washington to prevent a shutdown of the US government before a deadline of midnight local time. Jordan Fabian, White House Correspondent at The Hill considers the implications. Also in the programme, President Trump has been in office a year.
