US President Donald Trump likes to take the world by surprise and his decision to meet the North Korean leader within the next two months has certainly done that. But is the invitation a bluff or are we seeing a real breakthough in relations? We hear from Duyeon Kim, a visiting fellow at the Korean Peninsula Future Forum in Seoul.

Martin Shkreli first became notorious in 2015 for hiking the price of a lifesaving drug. He was convicted last year of sending fake account statements to investors while concealing huge losses from two hedge funds he ran and he's now been sentenced to seven years in prison. Seven years ago this weekend the north east of Japan was struck by an earthquake that would rewrite the country's energy policy. Japan invested huge amounts of money in renewable energy in the wake of the disaster. But can a country still heavily reliant on energy imports stay away from nuclear power?
