President Donald Trump has reacted to what he sees as the failure of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador to stop the caravan of marchers, by starting the process of cutting aid to the three countries.

Imagine trying to encourage investors to put money into a country when it does not officially exist as a nation.
That's the challenge Somaliland is trying to overcome, but the region in the Horn of Africa has high hopes that it will secure international recognition, because investors are willing to support it by funding projects, which will build up the economy.
The President of Somaliland, Muse Bihi Abdi, says the investment in a new port is a positive step on the road to building a new country with a economy that will prosper, in an interview.
And, a report from RAND Corporation says that the economies of the US, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan lose up to $400bn a year through lack of sleep.
So what can we do to make sure we get enough rest?
