DR Congo Vote Delay 'Cannot Be Ruled Out'

Crowds of opposition supporters have gathered in the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, despite a ban on campaigning before a presidential election.

Police in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa, have fired tear gas to disperse stone throwing opposition supporters ahead of Sunday's presidential election; President Trump's announcement that he's withdrawing American forces from Syria has been heavily criticised at home and abroad; and the US central bank, the Federal Reserve, has raised interest rates for the fourth time this year, despite repeated demands by Donald Trump not to do so.
