Tshisekedi Wins DRC Presidency
Second place candidate Martin Fayulu disputes the results.
The Democratic Republic of Congo鈥檚 electoral commission said Felix Tshisekedi won almost 39% of the vote, well ahead of the man who had been leading the polls, Martin Fayulu.
