China says it and the US are engaged in the "largest-scale trade war in economic history". Mary Lovely is professor of economics at Syracuse University, and tells us who is likely to be damaged most by the new tariffs. And in the US state of Minnesota we meet some of the soya bean farmers whose exports to China will be subject to the new levy.
