The Hong Kong-Zhuhai bridge, which is the world's longest, has officially opened. Andrew Peaple is an editor for the Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong, and tells us what economic impact the 35km bridge might have. Also in the programme, we have a report from Saudi Arabia's Future Investment Initiative conference, which many business leaders have been boycotting, following the suspicious death of exiled Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Italy and the European Union are engaged in a dispute over the size of Italy's budget deficit. We find out why thousands of workers in Glasgow, Scotland have gone on strike, causing the closure of hundreds of schools and restriction to care services, over equal pay for women. Plus our reporter in Hyderabad, India, looks at innovative plans there to make sure plastic can be reused, after the Indian government pledged to ban all single-use plastics by 2022.
