Iran tanker seizure called 'act of state piracy'

The UK has called the seizure of its tanker in the Strait of Hormuz an "act of state piracy."

Britain's foreign secretary, Jeremy Hunt, has condemned Iran's capturing of a British-flagged cargo ship in the Gulf. He also said he had agreement from France and Germany to set up a European maritime protection mission to ensure safe passage for shipping.
