Chinese social media reacts to coronavirus

Criticism mounts on social media over authorities' handling of the coronavirus outbreak.

There's been unusually frank criticism on Chinese social media of the authorities' handling of the coronavirus crisis, particularly over the death of Li Wenliang, one of the first doctors to raise the alarm. Tony Lin from business news website, Quartz, tells us about the reaction on sites like Weibo.

Ahead of Oscars weekend, we hear from Eimear Noone, the first ever female conductor of the ceremony.
