US immigration: ICE releases 300 people after Mississippi raids

The raids sparked condemnation from Democrats as stories emerged of children separated from their parents.

Nearly half of the 700 people immigrants picked up in raids in the US state of Mississippi have been released amid growing calls for the rest to be allowed to go home as well; why thousands of NGO's are coming under scrutiny in Uganda; and with Sudan edging closer to a deal between the military and the demonstrators why does the Sudanese Professionals Association, which led many of the protests, NOT want to be part of any agreement?
