Kabul Bomb: 16 killed as draft peace deal announced

The Afghan Taliban say they were behind a huge blast in Kabul which took place as a US envoy announced that a draft peace deal.

At least 16 people have been killed by a Taliban bomb attack in the Afghan capital which coincided with the announcement of a draft peace deal with the United States.
