South Africa violence an “African problem”

South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa has condemned a wave of looting and violence that has mostly targeted foreign nationals. "There can be no justification for any South African to attack people from other countries," he said on Tuesday.
Seven people have been confirmed dead in The Bahamas after hurricane Dorian devastated the island nation for two days.
The Democratic Republic of Congo doesn't usually get much international attention. This week though the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has been visiting the country - focusing on two threats in the east: violent conflict, and the Ebola outbreak, the second biggest in history.
