Robert Mugabe, Zimbabwe's first post-independence leader, has died

Mr Mugabe had been in hospital in Singapore since April.

It's been reported that Robert Mugabe, the former president of Zimbabwe has died. He was 95 and had been ill for some time. Robert Mugabe was president from 1987 until he was forced from office in 2017.
