Coronavirus concerns affect financial markets in China

Hundreds of billions of dollars are wiped off the value of leading Chinese companies.

Amid concerns about the impact of the coronavirus, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by its daily limit of ten per cent in the first few hours of trading.
