As Britain's EU departure draws closer we examine the future health of its motor industry. Professor David Bailey of Birmingham University's Business School tells us the challenges the sector faces. Sigrid de Vries is general secretary of the European Association of Automotive Suppliers, CLEPA, and explains the implications for the EU-wide motor industry if the UK government chooses to diverge on automotive standards. We get the perspective of a components manufacturer with Mark Noonan, chairman of Sarginsons Industries and Greg McDonald CEO of the Goodfish Group, a manufacturing company. And we discuss the impact on workers with Mick Graham, who is convenor for the union Unite at Jaguar Land Rover's plant in Solihull.
