Sri Lanka holds its first mass funeral for some of the 310 people killed in Sunday's bombings. It still isn't clear exactly who was responsible for organising the suicide attacks. Security chiefs were apparently warned by a foreign intelligence agency of an Easter attack on churches but the information doesn't seem to have been passed on to the prime minister.
