26 people have died and, currently, there are 830 confirmed cases. This has happened on the eve of Lunar New Year, one of the most important dates in the Chinese calendar, when millions of people travel home. The travel ban currently in place has been extended and 20 million people across 10 cities are affected.

Also on the programme we profile Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, the most influential figure taking part in the current impeachment trial of President Trump. We also go to Kenya, where plagues of locusts have destroyed crops and pasture.
