French luxury goods giant LVMH has said it is pulling out of a high-profile deal to buy US jeweller Tiffany & Co. The Financial Times' Leila Abboud in Paris explains how French politics and transatlantic trade tensions played into the decision. Also in the programme, Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced New York City restaurants can reopen indoor dining at 25 percent capacity on September 30th.
