President Trump was due to hold a campaign rally today in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a city where a deadly massacre of black Americans took place in 1921. Holding a rally in that city, on this date, was felt to be insensitive by many, so it was postponed for 24 hours. We'll hear the conversation in Tulsa.
