Hong Kong arrest pro-democracy tycoon

Jimmy Lai is accused of colluding with foreign forces, under the new security law, his aide says.

Mr Lai has been a prominent supporter of the pro-democracy protests that erupted in Hong Kong last year. We go live to Hong Kong.
