No return to the office planned for millions of workers
The pandemic means companies are re-assessing their need for an office.
Fifty of the biggest UK employers questioned by 大象传媒 have said they have no plans to return all staff to the office full-time in the near future. We hear from office workers around the world currently forced to work from home. And in an extended report Vishala Sri-Pathma heads to an office design company to hear about socially distanced, sanitised workplaces. She also speaks to Andrew Dakers of West London Business, who has no plans to return his staff to the office and Jonathan Anapol, CEO of Prime Manhattan Realty, who is more optimistic. Catalina Ortiz tells her about the opportunity for development of greener, safer, more egalitarian cities.
