Ukraine: Officials in Mariupol warn of a humanitarian crisis

President Putin has insisted that his military campaign in Ukraine is on track

President Putin has given a strident defence of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, claiming the campaign was on schedule and going to plan. Earlier, President Macron of France told Mr Putin he was making a serious mistake.

We hear from people in Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, and in other cities that have seen the heaviest fighting. We also hear from a former speechwriter for Vladimir Putin, who says his old boss has made a miscalculation.

And as the International Criminal Court sends a team to investigate war crimes in the conflict, we discuss the chances and options for justice after the war.
