As Russia's war in Ukraine enters its second month, some essential goods - like sugar, flour, and rice - are becoming tougher to find, and much more expensive. Some regions have imposed limits on how much of certain staples customers can buy. The Russia editor of 大象传媒 Monitoring, Vitaliy Shevchenko, tells us what is and isn't on the shelves.
