The British Prime Minister, Liz Truss, has announced her resignation after days of chaos in her government. She said she couldn't deliver the mandate on which she'd been elected and there would be another vote in the Conservative Party to choose her successor. Our Political Correspondent is outside the House of Parliament in Westminster explaining the developments and gathering reaction.
