Workers at three different Amazon warehouses in the US are voting on whether to organise unions. The 大象传媒's Michelle Fleury reports from one of the facilities, in Staten Island, New York, on whether this effort is likely to succeed. Plus, the 大象传媒's Sam Fenwick reports on record prices for fertiliser as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and explores the potential impact it could have on global food supply.
