Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen have held their only debate ahead of France's election. Voters head to the polls on Sunday to choose their next president, and we get analysis of the candidates' economic plans from Victor Mallet, Paris bureau chief of the Financial Times. Also in the programme, we explore the impact on renewable energy investment of the rising price of fossil fuels, with the environmentalist George Monbiot. The World Bank has warned of a potential global food crisis, as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. We hear more from the World Bank's president, David Malpass. We have a report from the 大象传媒's Rahul Tandon about the private businesses that have stepped in to evacuate their own staff and others away from danger in Ukraine. Plus, to counter a low birth rate, the government of Singapore is abolishing a law which currently prevents healthy single women aged between 21 and 35 from freezing their eggs. We find out more from one Singapore resident, who is just too old to take advantage of the new rules.
