Amid concern about supply from Russia, Germany has invoked its emergency gas plan. Carsten Brzeski is global head of macro research at ING, and tells us what the move actually means. The Ethiopian government has pledged to bring home around 100,000 citizens currently living in Saudi Arabia, following reports of undocumented migrants being subjected to inhumane treatment there.
