Cities across America are competing to host Amazon's second headquarters. Will it be worth it? Ed Butler speaks to Jacob Vigdor, an economist at the University of Washington in Seattle, the site of Amazon's current headquarters, about the impact the company has had there and whether it can be replicated. And Frank Foer, author of a book called World Without Mind: The Existential Threat of Big Tech, tells us why we should be encouraging rivals to Amazon instead.
