Johnny Marr, Wilko Johnson, Christina Aguilera
Johnny Marr, former guitarist of Manchester indie band The Smiths on his new solo album. Plus music from Wilko Johnson, Christina Aguilera, Five Seconds of Summer and Mike Shinoda
This week we talk to two of the UK's most influential guitarists. We speak to Johnny Marr who made his name in the 1980s with the legendary Manchester indie band The Smiths. He is back with a new solo album and we find out all about it.
Also, we caught up with Wilko Johnson, a founder member of the influential 1970s pub rock band Doctor Feelgood. He has recently survived a near death brush with cancer, and is back with his first album of original material in 30 years.
There is music from the latest albums by Christina Aguilera, Five Seconds of Summer and the solo debut from Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda. Plus new hit songs from Nicki Minaj and Jonas Blue.
We also find out if Jess Glynne's I'll Be There can make it two weeks as the UK's favourite song. We check out the top five best selling songs in the UK singles charts, and look at who is topping the charts in Singapore.
