With Australia鈥檚 leading batsman Steve Smith missing the third Ashes Test because of a concussion we look at what can be done to make the sport safer and ask what cricket can learn from rugby union with the help of Dr Barry O鈥橠riscoll, former medical adviser to the International Rugby Board.
