From bugs that taste like bacon to industrial-scale fly factories, insects are being put to work around the world.
These biological wonders are turning stuff we don鈥檛 want 鈥� like food waste and even excrement 鈥� into useful protein. This is creating a greener alternative to animal feed and creating food products for humans too.
