Around the world a growing number of rivers, mountains, nature reserves, even marshes have all been given legal rights. It鈥檚 an idea that鈥檚 being tested in courtrooms around the world. But to what extent might this help reduce the worst impacts of climate change and help us adapt to a warmer and wetter world?
